Yes, many options direct from any MP-5 graph to Excel. 
From any line graph, select the graph menu, and click 'Export graph to Excel'

Yes.  On time series graphs you get a pick list of series to draw.  Ticking any series in the second set will display it on the Y axis with its own scale.
