Compliance

A built in compliance system verifies all data against compliance limits automatically on entry.  MP-5 can automatically email alerts and issue formatted compliance reports.

Compliance management systems handle multiple compliance levels, e.g. warning, breach, hazard, unique per variable and location

• Both maximum and/or minimum values

• Support for changing levels over different date ranges.

• Email alerts can be automatically sent to the appropriate recipient according to the breach.

• Variety of compliance reports provided, plus data grids, and options to display compliance levels as lines on graphs.

This compliance system provides a grid sheet to enter levels, and is hence called 'Compliance Grid'.

Many grids can be created, each one typically for a different data type (Groundwater and Gas, for example) for easy level entry.

Variables and sample points are pre-selected for the grid. When editing a grid sheet, sample points form the Y axis and Variables form the X.

Every grid is multi-dimensional and will often contain many 'grid sheets'.

New sheets are created for every level type. Within every level type, new sheets can be created for different date ranges.

Each sheet on the grid can hold both upper and lower levels.

Compliance level and breach information entered using grids is fully integrated with the rest of MP-5 from quick tables to raw data, graphing etc.
